Project Elements: Houses 2 companies, battalion Chief and separate County EMS facilities. This station is located on a main arterial road in Greensboro and as such the City wanted it to have a civic presence. This station includes the following sustainable features: High Efficiency HVAC, Minimal Site Development, Low VOC’s, LED Lighting, Water Use Reduction, BMP’s, and Regional Materials.
