With a diverse portfolio of project expertise, we have influence over major sectors of a person’s life including K-12 Education, Higher Education, Public Safety, Civic, Entertainment, Retail, Restaurants, Commercial Office, Medical Office, Adaptive Reuse, Mixed Use and Faith Based projects.  We are looking for motivated and creative people with a collaborative spirit to fill the following positions:

  • (1) Architectural PM - 15 to 20 years of professional experience in the field of Architecture to fill a leadership position in our K-12 and Higher Education sectors for our Charlotte office.  Experience with the entire process of project delivery is a must. The ideal applicant shall be able to manage all aspects of a significant project including design collaboration, client management, consultant coordination, drawings production, project schedules, project team management and job hour management.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Revit and Bluebeam is required. A Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Architecture is required.  A license to practice Architecture is desired.

  • (1) Architectural PM - 15 to 25 years of professional experience in the field of Architecture to fill a leadership position in our Local Government and Education sectors for our new Raleigh office.  This position is a unique opportunity to assist the Principals in growing our footprint in the greater Raleigh area and beyond. The ideal applicant shall be able to participate in interviews for new projects as well as manage all aspects of a significant project including design collaboration, client management, consultant coordination, drawings production, project schedules, project team management and job hour management.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Revit and Bluebeam is required. A Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution in Architecture is required.  A license to practice Architecture is desired.

  • (2) Project Architects - 5 to 14 years of practical experience with a Bachelor degree from an accredited institution in Architecture and holds an Architectural license.  Experience in commercial (non-residential) architecture is required.  Must be able to work in either the Charlotte office or Raleigh office in a collaborative environment.  Experience in Revit, building codes and consultant coordination is required.  Experience in project coordination and comfort with client contact is a plus.

  • (2) Construction Contract Administrators - 15 to 25 years of professional experience to fill a position.  One position for each of our Charlotte and Raleigh offices.  Candidates must possess the understanding of construction documents and construction contract administration including knowledge of codes, construction methods, use of materials and assemblies, and construction contracts. Candidate must also be available to travel throughout the North Carolina and South Carolina Region and will be subject to the physical demands necessary on a construction site.  Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. CSI Certified Construction Contract Administrator and familiarity with Revit, CAD, and Bluebeam are a plus.
